Meet Our Team

Lauren Thurman | Founder

Welcome to Simplify615 and thank you for taking the time to get to know us! I am Lauren, founder of Simplify615. I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University. Along the way, I met and married a native Nashvillian, and we are raising our family in Brentwood, TN.

I have from a very early age found joy in helping others. I am an LCSW and have spent the last 20 years serving grieving children and families through a local non-profit hospice in Nashville. Amidst the chaos of 2020, I began to dream about the next season of life and the possibilities for a new professional direction. Out of a desire to nurture my creative side, a lifelong love for organizing, and the gratification I find in helping others create and enjoy a well-organized space, Simplify615 was born! I believe I bring a unique perspective to this process and will approach your space without judgement and with sympathy for how hard it is to address the stress caused by a cluttered space as well as anxiety that can accompany allowing someone else into it.  My goal with Simplify615 is to make your organizing project a fun collaborative experience and to leave you with a comfortable space that reflects who you are and what you value most in your home.

Courtney Fraser-Mason | Social Media Manager

Hi! I’m Courtney! I was born and raised in western Canada, and for the last 15 years my growing family and I have moved twelve times between North America and Europe. These constant, long distance moves necessitated a minimalist lifestyle, but six years ago, we settled in Brentwood, TN. While we love the stability, with it has come the accumulation of lots of STUFF. I am constantly striving to be more organized! Creating order out of the chaos of everyday life grounds me, and the opportunity to share this joy and peace of mind with others sounds like the perfect job for me. I am passionate about helping others in a way that I can relate to. Sorting through clutter can be overwhelming, and this is where a helping hand can move mountains. Whether it’s organizing a closet, a pantry or a junk drawer, eliminating unneeded “stuff” in our lives helps us to make room for what’s important, literally and figuratively. We are here to help you make decisions about what to keep and how to keep it well, so you can focus on what really matters. Let us help you simplify your life and find stylish and functional storage solutions that you can maintain.
